The only penguin who knows that is Gary probably, and Herbert was trying to destroy the lodge. OK, Here's another one.
If you are an agent, the mission where Herbert was trying to destroy the lodge, you gave him a vegetarian pizza, so he likes that pizza. And like I said, he loves heat, so he likes hot sauce!

And on this one mission, Herbert made fire and was doing a victory dance with his friend/helper, Klutzy and Klutzy knocked over there water and burned out the fire.
